Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You may use Newstatsdom only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; use the platform to transmit malware or harmful content; circumvent security measures; or resell access without written authorization.
Subscription and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
Intellectual Property
Newstatsdom and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including all intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newstatsdom's liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, except where prohibited by applicable law.
